RACHEL FORD President & Founder   Rachel Ford is the president and founder of CommFluence Strategic Services. She is a business leader and communications expert known for her strategic, comprehensive and detailed approach to projects. With more than 15 years of experience, Rachel provides companies and executives with public relations, corporate communications, digital marketing, project management and performance management/organizational development advisement solutions.   Before starting CommFluence in 2021, Rachel served in a variety of roles for both GEICO and Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania (NiSource Inc.) including Director of Communications and Director of Special Projects.   She has had the opportunity to work for many great leaders who consistently trusted her with a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to:   Leadership of the annual strategic planning process Development of a new customer education program Facilitation of economic growth initiatives Management of media relations including serving as the face of the company Coordination of company-wide charitable drives   Check out her LinkedIn Profile for the full run-down.
